How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your pottery kit sooner.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened kits. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Does the clay require a kiln for firing?
No, our signature Sculpd clay is air-drying. It will naturally harden over 24-48 hours without the need for a professional kiln or oven.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are your paints and glazes waterproof?
Our standard acrylic paints are water-resistant once dry, but for functional pieces that hold water, we recommend applying our specialized waterproof varnish.
